In this session, we will cover:
What Stress Looks Like in the Brain: An easy-to-understand breakdown of the brain's reaction to stress using the "hand model" to visualize how we respond.
Building Resilience for Dads: Science-backed, simple tools to manage constant adult stressors—specifically looking at how exercise and time in nature physically benefit your brain.
Building Resilience for Kids: Age-appropriate techniques to help children manage their emotions, featuring practical exercises like breathing techniques and progressive muscle relaxation.
